Five things you didn’t know about me in SL & RL
SL
1. My friends list is very, very small.
2. I spend a good majority of my time in SL out of the game… sometimes I just log in so I can listen to the music stream I set on my land. I know I can listen to it on my computer but for some reason it’s more fun to listen to it through SL. I’m pretty much perpetually afk.
3. I have a serious hair addiction.
4. I haven’t tried to cultivate a look or a persona in SL, I pretty much just wear/look like whatever I felt like that day.
5. I am as shy in SL as I am in RL.
RL
1. My hair is currently dark pink.
2. I love vintage clothes and hats but am freaked out by vintage shoes.
3. I’m a card carrying member of a fan club.
4. I have two small and very spoiled dogs.
5. I used to be a musician.

Since I couldn’t TP anywhere.. or change clothes… or build anything.. or anything.. I decided to play with Windlight. I was stuck wearing my ultra bright radioactive facelamp instead of my more subtle one so you can definitely see how a bright lamp can blow out your face. Most of these settings are Torley Linden presets. If I hadn’t been so super lazy, I would have labeled them… but I really am super lazy. I saw these boots from Bukka on Sai Pennell’s Blog and had to have them. They are so freaking cute! I love how realistic these look… they remind me of my favorite pair of Doc Marten hiking boots I had in college. (You know, all that hiking from the dorm across the street to class requires a good pair of hiking boots.) The legwarmers are also changeable with a blue menu which really gives them lots of options. I splurged and bought them in all 3 colors since I see myself wearing these almost all the time. I have a tendency to latch on a pair of shoes and just wear the heck out of them.
In other news, I continued to play around with the sky settings and well, I still think I look too ashen.. and it’s a little dark. But it’s a start. At least I don’t look like Homer Simpson. Oh and I was bored.. so I got a little over crazy with the photoshop editing. Kinda looks terrible now but I’m too lazy to fix it. :P

I love the group gift sweater that Dutch Touch gave out today. It’s so cozy and comfy looking and totally what I was looking for to just lounge around in today. And being comfy gave me the excuse to just veg out on my cute little cushions from Chocolate Mousse. But like usual, I fail on accessories. I didn’t notice that my neko tail replaced my belt that I had on or that I had taken off my piercings for who knows what reason. >.< But oh well, my avie looks comfy and doesn’t seem to mind the lack of accessories.And yeah.. I played with filters on these screenshots. :P
